The objectives of the research were to analyze participation farmers in Upsus Program, factors that affect rice production, and income level lowland farming Gadingrejo Sub District, Pringsewu District. was conducted March-April 2019. analysis farmerparticipation Pajale program using scoring technique which processed into interval data with Methode Succesive Interval. Factors affecting production analyzed Cobb Doughlass function, farm a comparison between total revenues costs, called Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). results this study farmers' middle class, farming, namely land area, amount phonska fertilizer, pesticide farmer participation. Income from cash costs obtained by amounted Rp18,116,478.41 R/C 6,23/0,73 ha/planting season Rp16,184,879.44 an 4,00/0,73 season.Keywords: factors, income, paddy
